Ryan Spalding has worked in the Canadian Music Industry for over a decade. Beginning as a marketing coordinator for Warner Music Canada, he would spend seven years working up the ranks, spearheading all urban projects for the company.
Since joining Dine Alone Records in 2008, Ryan has been a key player in the marketing of JUNO and Grammy-heralded acts, including City and Colour, The Civil Wars, The Lumineers, Tokyo Police Club, Monster Truck, James Vincent McMorrow and more.
As Director of Marketing, Ryan has been integral in expanding Dine Alone not only in Canada, but worldwide. He also deals with most aspects of day-to-day label operations, including sales, A&R, communication with managers, international partners, press companies, and more.
