Over the past 6 years as Artistic Director and Festival Manager at Riverfest Elora, Spencer has played an integral role in guiding the festival through a period of rapid growth. Since the fall of 2015 Spencer has curated Dead Radio, Love; a new music series held in Elora, Guelph and KW, which has seen many sold out shows by artists such as, Terra Lightfoot, The Planet Smashers, Shred kelly, Whitehorse and more. 2017 also saw DRL shift gears to that of a label and management company with the release of Lee Watson's debut, self-titled album and The Dill.

From 2007 until October of 2016, Spencer oversaw the Fortnight Music Series, hosting countless Canadian and international acts performing in various venues throughout Guelph, ON and the surrounding area.
