Heidi Brander


A favourite of gay guys and pop culture junkies, Heidi Brander is a fixture on the Toronto comedy scene.

She is a staff writer for CBC’s “This Hour Has 22 Minutes,” and has written for CTV’s “Spun Out” and “MTV Live.” She has appeared on 22 Minutes, Video on Trial, Entertainment Tonight Canada and MTV Creeps, and has performed at the Halifax Pop Explosion, the Hubcap Comedy Festival, and the Boston Women in Comedy Festival.

Her accolades include a 2012 Canadian Comedy Award nomination for Best Stand-Up Newcomer, and a 1994 win over Ryan Gosling in Gladstone Public School’s annual lip-sync competition.

Ian Harvie


Harvie toured for years with Margaret Cho as her opening act, then turned cross-country headliner and groundbreaking transgender comedian, playing clubs, theaters, and colleges around the US, CAN and AUS. He has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious comedy festivals: JUST FOR LAUGHS in Australia and Canada, and the MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL COMEDY FESTIVAL in Australia. 
Ian made his acting debut as “Dale” in the critically acclaimed, Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning TV series TRANSPARENT on Amazon. You may have also seen Ian guest starring
as ”Michael” on the ABC soapy, nighttime drama, MISTRESSES; as “Chris” on FREEFORM’s hilarious, millennial sitcom YOUNG AND HUNGRY; and as himself on COMEDY CENTRAL’s THE NIGHTLY SHOW WITH LARRY WILMORE. 
Most recently Harvie filmed his one-hour standup comedy special MAY THE BEST COCK WIN for SEESO (NBC’s premium comedy digital network). He's also scheduled to lead in the Broadway Play LOG CABIN by the 2015 Pultizer Prize Finalist for Drama, Jordan Harrison.

Jordan Foisy


ordan Foisy is an acclaimed stand-up from Toronto whose personal and acerbic style of comedy has made him a local favorite. As well as being seen on the best stages in Toronto, Jordan has performed on festivals throughout Canada, including: Sled Island, NXNE, Supercrawl, JFL 42, and Just For Laughs. Jordan has performed on the CBC web series Make Me Read and the Food Network’s Food’s Greatest Hits. He is also a freelance writer and frequent contributor to Vice and has written for This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

Kevin Shustack


Kevin Shustack is a Canadian writer, stand-up comedian and former mathlete currently living in L.A. 

He is a writer for the award-winning political comedy series This Hour Has 22 Minutes on CBC, for which he was nominated for a Writer's Guild Award. He has also written extensively for animation, including Nickelodeon's ToonMarty and Chop Chop Ninja, as well as other projects currently in development. In addition, dozens of his satirical articles have been published on The Beaverton website.

As a performer, Kevin has appeared in OFF-JFL, the Boston Comedy Festival, and the New York Comedy Festival, where he was featured in the Best New Talent showcase at Caroline's. His sketch troupe Cousins quickly became a favorite on the Montreal scene, winning Best New Troupe at Montreal SketchFest in 2016. 

In 2006, Kevin set an all-time camp record after maintaining a staring contest for over an hour. It is still his proudest accomplishment to date. 


Maggie Estey


Writer and comedian Maggie Estey grew up in rural New Brunswick. Maggie maintains a dismal fan page for Black Philip, the Satanic goat from the 2015 film The Witch, and kisses her dog right on the mouth.


Matthew Broussard


Matthew has appeared on COMEDY KNOCKOUT ADAM DEVINE’S HOUSE PARTY THE LEAGUE and THE MINDY PROJECT. He was featured as a New Face at the 2015 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, and has appeared on all 3 of Comedy Central's Roast Battles specials

Mayce Galoni


Mayce Galoni is a comedy superstar in the body of a comedy writer. At only 23 years old, he is an award winning comedian who has appeared at Just for Laughs, JFL42, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Halifax Comedy Festival and more. He is a regular on CBC's The Debaters and has done numerous TV tapings including Kevin Hart's LOL. In 2016, Mayce was a finalist in both SiriusXM's Top Comic and the Seattle International Comedy Competition. Mayce has opened for such comics as Doug Stanhope, Gerry Dee, Emo Philips, Kyle Kinane, and Gilbert Gottfried. He has also appeared on MTV and starred in a prank show on BiteTv called PrankYou. And he recently stopped getting his hair cut at the mall.
