BADBADNOTGOOD

BADBADNOTGOOD took the music world by storm with their 2014 LP, III, a brash yet refined record of angular jazz improvisations, lush ballads, kraut rock, and futuristic hip-hop tinged rhythms which led to a couple years of touring the world and collaborating with some of the best and brightest artists around the globe. This summer, the band returned with IV, their most impressive and highly anticipated project yet. IV continues their forward-thinking progression, sounding something like a jam session in space between Can, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock's Headhunters, Weather Report, Arthur Russell, and MF DOOM.

LADY WRAY

A Missy Elliot protégé, Lady Wray, aka Nicole Wray, first gained international attention in 1998 with her gold-certified track, "Make It Hot." Since then, she has been part of the Roc-a-Fella Records roster, contributed back-up vocals for the Black Keys’ Grammy-award winning album, Brothers, and toured as part of the duo Lady with Terri Walker. This year, Lady Wray returns with Queen Alone, her first solo album in 18 years. It is a record heralded by Billboard as being "an organic set that takes listeners back to the roots of R&B, from Etta James and James Brown to Michael Jackson."
